CE Certification.

Safety, our first priority

Safety and compliance are at the core of our machine development. We ensure on building automation systems that fully meet regulatory standards.

We ensure safety

Machine regulations and conformity frameworks define how safe, compliant machinery is designed and placed on global markets. In Europe, CE marking and the new EU Machinery Regulation set mandatory requirements for safety, digitalization, and lifecycle responsibility. In the United States, regulations, standards, and certification schemes play a similar role. Together, these frameworks are shaping how future‑ready machines are engineered, built, and validated worldwide.

CE Machinery Conformity & Regulatory Compliance

We provide end to end support in CE machinery conformity, including risk assessment, regulatory standards, and CE certification for both partial and complete machinery installations. Our role is to help manufacturers place safe, compliant machines on the market efficiently and confidently.

Comprehensive Machinery Risk Assessment

We perform full scope risk assessments aligned with the Essential Health and Safety Requirements (EHSRs) defined in the new EU Machinery Regulation. Manufacturers must ensure their machinery is designed and constructed in accordance with these requirements when placing it on the market. [eur-lex.europa.eu]
Our methodology includes:

  • Identification of hazards throughout the machine lifecycle
  • Evaluation of risks and definition of required protective measures
  • Assessment of residual risks
  • Creation of complete technical documentation

CE Certification of Full and Partial Machinery

We assist with CE conformity procedures for:

  • Complete machines and industrial production lines
  • Partly completed machinery
  • Safety components
  • Modifications and significant changes that may require a new CE marking under the updated regulation [certifycomply.com]

Most machinery may follow the internal production control (self assessment) route for conformity, and we guide you step by step through this process. [eur-lex.europa.eu]

Mastery of the New Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230

The new Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 replaces the long standing Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and becomes fully applicable from 20 January 2027. This regulation introduces notable changes aligned with technological advancements.

Key changes include:

  • Direct legal applicability across the EU, ensuring uniform implementation
  • Expanded requirements addressing
    - Cybersecurity risks
    - AI integrated machinery
    - Digitally connected and autonomous systems
  • A revised and expanded EHSR framework in Annex III, including software, IoT connectivity, functional safety and cybersecurity measures
  • Clear requirements regarding significant modifications that may trigger a new CE conformity assessment

Manufacturers can already begin preparing equipment for compliance during the transition period, and machinery may already be assessed under the new regulation ahead of the 2027 deadline.
