Life Cycle Management

Our automation platform enables hardware replacement with minimal software adaptation. We offer a smooth migration path from the first generation of the controller to the latest product, ensuring hardware upgrades can be carried out without re-qualification.

As part of our product lifecycle management, we provide annual updates to all customers on the current status of our hardware and software solutions. Customers with a valid support contract receive a personalized overview and tailored recommendations to keep their systems reliably up to date.

Windows upgrade

Installations equipped with Windows-based computers require regular hardware and operating system upgrades to remain reliable over the years. We support this process and ensure full compatibility with modern platforms that meet current security standards.

Retrofits

Is your system control unit outdated or no longer supported? Don't worry, but your system is still running smoothly? With a retrofit, only the components that are really necessary are adapted. We bring your production system up to date for the coming years with minimal disruption and the minimum use of resources. Retrofitting pays off: Modernizing a mechanically intact system through intelligent automation is many times more resource-efficient than replacing it with a new system.

CE Certification

Our CE certification service ensures full compliance with European safety and regulatory standards. We manage the entire process—from risk assessment and testing to technical documentation and the Declaration of Conformity—so your machines can be confidently CE-marked and ready for the EU market. In addition, our team is already trained and implementing the requirements of the new EU Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, which will become mandatory on January 20, 2027.

Repairs

We overhaul and repair mechanical components and products on site or in our own workshop.

In addition to our own JAG products, we also repair mechanical components from third-party manufacturers.

We use our own Electronics Laboratory to repair JAG control system components of all generations when economically viable.
